Our objective in producing the FLY INDIANA CALENDAR:         

          The general aviation community is daily facing increasing pressures from many factors that will negatively effect its ability to survive in the Twenty-First Century.  The airport has become a secure enclave most folks only visit when taking a commercial flight.  We all know how "positive" an experience that can be.    Educating the
general public with hands-on general aviation experiences is the most effective way to preserve our avocation. 
          How many days have you gone to the airport and seen a family watching through the fence with kids
looking intently at the planes hoping, some day, they might be able to go flying?  Too many kids today do NOT have any aviation opportunities beyond the imaginary reality of a video game.  Thank God for the Young Eagles
Program.  "An empty seat is a terrible thing to waste."
